The Rasmus Dahlin Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with various needs around the Buffalo community. The foundation supports initiatives that enhance the quality of children’s lives, focusing on health, wellness, and providing resources to underserved communities, among other charitable causes.
The Buffalo Sabres’ Learn to Play program, presented by D’Youville University, is partnering with The Rasmus Dahlin Foundation and Alex Tuch’s AT9 Foundation as part of the new Captains’ Crew program.
Rasmus and Carolina participated in a skate session with SABAH, where they showcased their skills, engaged in friendly competition, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They were highly impressed with the exceptional skating abilities demonstrated by the entire group.
In 2022, Carolina was introduced to GiGi's Playhouse by the Buffalo Sabres. Eager to engage with her community and make a positive impact, she sought opportunities to volunteer and support children in need. It wasn’t long before she found her passion at GiGi's Playhouse, a place dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
